Booking policy
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
Please ensure you complete all forms that are sent to you throughly and honestly prior to your appointment, this enables me to ensure you are able to have your chosen treatment safety.
Arrival
Private home salon - I operate on a strictly by appointment only basis and I do not accommodate walk ins due to being based at my private home salon. I request you come to your appointment alone, if this is not possible please contact me prior to your appointment.
Parking - you are welcome to park on the driveway, however, Beauty with Anna does not accept any damage, loss or theft of your vehicle or personal belongings while you are parked on or in the vicinity of the premises. If there is no space on the driveway and you need to park on the street please ensure you do not block the neighbouring driveways.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule please notify Beauty with Anna 48 hours before and your booking fee will be transferred to the next appointment. Cancellations outside this time frame will result in the booking fee being fortified and you will be required to pay a new booking fee for your next appointment.
On the day no shows are extremely harmful to small businesses, in the event of a no-show the client will be sent an invoice for the full amount of the service booked and no future appointments will be able to be made until the invoice has been paid.
